Questions supervisors ask

Do my workers need to pay?
No. Workers join a crew with the invite code you text them, free, always. Only the supervisor or the company holds a plan.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your account drops to Free: the translator, talk mode and the glossary keep working, and so does every conversation you already have. Free caps growth — 1 crew of up to 3 people — so a bigger crew needs Pro.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts when you create the account. You add a card only when you choose a plan, on the web.
Where do I subscribe or cancel?
On the web, signed in, under Billing. Cancel there anytime; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is bought inside the Android app.
What is Company for?
Several supervisors under one bill, each with their own crews, plus priority support. Organization tools ship to Company accounts as they are built.
Is there a refund policy?
If something is wrong in your first week on a paid plan, write to support@chambatalk.com and we will make it right.
